Logging in

To log in to PHOENIX Gateway you need your NumarkNet log in details.

1. Go to the website https://phoenixgateway.co.uk
2. Enter your email or member number into the username box and your password into the password box. If you click the eye symbol on the right-hand side of the password box it will show you the characters you are typing in, click it again to hide the password characters.
3. Click “Log in” to enter the site.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the PHOENIX Gateway log in screen. *Note this will also change your password for logging into NumarkNet as they are the same details.

To reset your password, click “Forgot password?”.

Type your email address in the box and click “Reset password”. Check the inbox for the email associated with your account for instructions on how to reset your password. You may need to check the junk or spam box for the email.

Inactivity – you will be automatically logged out if PHOENIX Gateway detects you are inactive for 30 minutes. The system will return you to the log in page and display the below explaining why this has happened.
