Revalidation for pharmacists and registered pharmacy technicians (pharmacy professionals) was introduced by the GPhC in March 2018 replacing the old continuing professional development (CPD) process. Pharmacy professionals entering their second year of revalidation now need to submit:

• Four CPD  records with at least two being planned
• A peer-to-peer  discussion
• A reflective account

Each time your GPhC registration renewal is due from 31 October 2019, you will need to submit records of these activities which you’ve carried out over the previous year, to meet the revalidation requirement part of your registration renewal.
