COVID-19 has changed the world and has forced us to work in new ways to deliver the same services pharmacies would deliver with face to face consultations.

Remote consultation services allow us a way to provide consultations, where applicable, with patients in a safe manner by obtaining all relevant information whilst still maintaining social distancing. 

Remote consultations will change the way pharmacy and its services are delivered going forward.

• Telephone consultations can be used for simple consultations
• Video consultations  may be used for more involved consultations or may be used for a more personal consultation than via telephone.

• NHS Near Me (Scotland)
• NHS Attend Anywhere
• Pharmadoctor’s Remote consultation service
