All bricks and mortar community pharmacies need to be a Level 1 Healthy Living Pharmacy (HLP) from the 1st January 2021. Distance Selling Pharmacies must be compliant from the 1st April 2021.
One key requirement to be a HLP is: "An appointed health and wellbeing leader from the pharmacy team has undergone leadership training internally or through an organisation that maps to/encompasses the domains defined in the HLP Framework". This course has been mapped to the requirements for this course as stated in the HLP Framework.
Amongst having a leader, you will need to ensure you have:

- have a health promotion zone in place.
