Communicating is a massive part of being able to develop your team. Imagine having a team that doesn't communicate openly, it would be a terrible situation for any leader to be in. The ideal situation is that you want to achieve an open flow of information to include tackling issues and challenges but also building new ideas and successes so that there will be few suprises in the team and can all keep improving.
So how can you encourage members of your to be communicate openly? Open communication gets the team speaking freely and not feel afraid of offering suggestions and also tell you when you might be wrong
