Next Steps
We want you to put what you have learnt into practice in your pharmacy so that you can set clear, SMART goals for you and your team. Have a look at your current goals and review them to ensure they are SMART, if they aren't re-write them as necessary so that you can achieve them. You could also look at two things you are currently trying to achieve in your pharmacy and turn them into clear SMART goals. You could also complete an umbrella goal with your team for an area of the business you are looking to improve!
