Coaching is an effective technique for organisations to use to develop their employees. Coaching is growing in popularity to enhance the skills, knowledge and performance of their employees.

Understanding what coaching is, what skills a coach may need and how to apply coaching methods with your team will help to improve your pharmacy which, in turn can have an effect on customer service, and overall pharmacy performance.

By the end of this session you will be able to:-

• Explain what coaching is and the skills required to be a great coach
• Identify where coaching opportunities exist
• Coach others for results applying the GROW model
• Coach in both a planned and spontaneous way

This module is suitable for pharmacists, pharmacy managers or anyone who is leading a team.
