What is the Prostate?
The prostate is a gland found only in individuals assigned male at birth. This gland is where semen is made (the fluid which carries sperm). It’s found under the bladder and surrounds the urethra (the tube that individuals assigned male at birth ejaculate and urinate through). The prostate will grow bigger as men get older and will grow to the size of a walnut.
