According to Allergy UK, 44% of British adults now suffer from at least one allergy and the number of sufferers is on the rise, growing by around 2 million between 2008 and 2009 alone1.  The NHS say that allergies are thought to affect one in four adults at some point in their life2. With the arrival of pollen season, the number of allergy related enquiries you will receive will be on the rise.

Pharmacy is often the first port of call for customers experiencing an allergy. It is important that teams are able to provide the latest advice on how to identify, treat and prevent allergies this season.

By completing training on allergies you and your team will be better equipped to offer advice and guidance to customers and signpost where required.
