module menu icon 6 - Promotions and marketing materials

Any promotional material should always be professional. Major retailers excel in this area, therefore customers become accustomed to well positioned, well displayed, professionally produced point of sale material which is in good condition and not tattered or torn.

Always avoid the use of day-glo stars and handmade or handwritten material. All of these small but significant elements will have an impact on a customer's perception of your pharmacy and influence their decision on whether to return to you or go elsewhere.

If you really have to produce your own messaging or notices make sure they are printed from a PC and have been spell checked! Don't lose potential customers needlessly you can obtain a range of supporting point of sale material and marketing material free of charge as part of your membership.
