- Consider using toothpaste designed to help sensitive teeth (see next screen for Numark recommended products).
- Brush at night time and at least one other time during the day using a fluoride toothpaste containing at least 1350ppm (parts per million) of fluoride.
- It is recommended to brush for two minutes, twice a day.
- Use small, circular motions when brushing your teeth (as oppose to side to side) and use a soft to medium bristled toothbrush. Change the brush every two to three months, or sooner if you spot it wearing down.
- Try and avoid the intake of sugary, fizzy and acidic foods and drinks, restrict it to meal times only.
- Visit your dentist regularly, as often as they recommend.
