Your Home Page

Your home page is the page you are brought to when you log in. It has recommended learning for you on it and allows you to access the rest of the platform.

At the top of your page you have four tabs – Home, My learning, Channels and Topics. You also have a search bar.

Home – returns you to your home page.

My learning – takes you to a screen showing modules that you have either completed, are currently completing, or bookmarked for later. You also have the option to add a learning record where you can record a CPD entry, add a reflective account or a peer discussion. These tabs match those in your My GPhC (if you have one).

Channels – when you click this a drop-down menu appears. This menu will help you find training materials. Mandatory contains complusory materials for all community pharmacy staff including topics such as GDPR. Counter Excellence contains materials for all community pharmacy staff. Pharmacy Excellence contains materials aimed towards pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. The others contain materials linked to those topics.

Topics – when you click this a drop-down menu appears. This menu can help you find training materials by subject.

Search – allows you to search for information, articles and training modules by key word. Type the term you are looking for into the box and the platform will find all materials related to that word. A tip for the search box is that you will find more materials with a broader search e.g. “antibiotic” will return more items than “antibiotics”.
