To ensure accurate remuneration for the prescription you should endorse the prescription with the manufacturer, quantity supplied, price and pack size otherwise payment will be based on the Ethypharm UK Ltd tariff price.

If the prescriber continues to prescribe the Kyowa Kirin Ltd product they may be investigated by the local Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and asked to justify their reason.
