  • Area of work – main role and setting
  • Description of the typical users of your service(s)
  • How the standard(s) chosen have been met
  • Include real examples taken from practice to illustrate how the standards have been met and any learning resulting from the event (the details of the event need to be kept anonymous to ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality) and how the service users benefited
