As a community pharmacy you are often located within the heart of the local community you serve, easily accessible and available without an appointment. This provides you with a great opportunity to support the health and wellbeing of your local population through advice, health promotions and services.

In order to do this it’s important to understand the make-up of your local population and the health needs you are aiming to support. This understanding will allow you to either introduce new services or tailor the range of services you provide. As well as benefitting your customers, this will also help support and grow your business.
