All pharmacies are required to conduct an annual community pharmacy patient questionnaire which allows patients to provide feedback to you on the services you provide.

How can it be used?
The CPPQ provides you with an opportunity to gather opinions from your customers and help identify any unmet needs. You can add your own questions to the standard set provided they are related to the provision of healthcare services. For example you may want to ask your customers about any advanced or locally commissioned services you provide and if there are other services they would like to see.
