Running a pharmacy can be a time intensive task and you may feel that you just don't have the time to put into place any new ideas or plan to move the business forward.

Do you ever say that you don't have enough time? We all complain we don't have enough time but realistically we all have the same amount of time, it's just how we plan and prioritise!

There is no such thing as time management. Time cannot be controlled or managed, it just passes. The only thing you can control is yourself and how you use your time and this means understanding your priorities. Those who accomplish most in a day know EXACTLY what they want to accomplish.

Have Clear Goals

Many of us think that the goals we are working towards are not daily considerations and this then result in us focusing on minor tasks and not on the things that are important to our work.
