What can/can't you delegate?
It’s important to remember that you cannot delegate everything and there are 5 key questions you should ask yourself to determine if the task is suitable to delgate:

Is there someone else who has the necessary information or expertise?2.
Does the task provide an opportunity to grow and develop skills?3.
Is this a task that will recur in the future?4.
Do you have enough time to delegate the job effectively?5.
