Equality and diversity affects everyone - not just managers and business owners.
Everyone has a responsibility to promote equality and diversity within their business and therefore they are responsible to ensure that:
- All colleagues and customers are treated fairly
- The rights and beliefs of all colleagues and customers are respected
- They support policies and procedures within the pharmacy
- They challenge or report any discrimination or harassment they come across in the pharmacy
- They avoid stereotyping and labelling people because of the way they look, their religion, their beliefs, age or disability
