You are working in a small internet pharmacy providing both prescriptions and retail items. Rumour tells you that your business is combining with a larger pharmacy group which has a head office and distribution centre 30 miles away. You know it has very different rules of operations, customer service, working hours and sells some product lines you are not familiar with.
