We're going to take you through a real life case featuring Anna who is your patient - using WWHAM, let's take a look at how we can help her.
Anna, a young woman has come in to your pharmacy requesting advice. Here is her response from the WWHAM questions you have asked:
| Who is she enquiring for? | She is asking for herself |
| What are the symptoms? | Sore throat, high temperature, flu-like symptoms, stomach bug |
| How long has she had the symptoms? | 3 -4 days |
| What Action taken so far? | She has spoken to her GP and nurse on the phone - they have said to rest and keep herself hydrated |
| Is she on any other Medication? | Anna is not taking any other medication and is usually fit and well |
