Introduction
Sepsis is responsible for taking over 52,0001 lives in the UK. Working with the charity, UK Sepsis Trust, we want to raise awareness and understanding of this serious life threatening condition, also referred to as Septicemia or blood poisoning.
Sepsis can have a devastating impact on lives. This module will support pharmacy teams to spot the signs and symptoms by asking yourself “Could it be sepsis?†could potentially save a life.
