After deciding which health topic to promote, ensure resources are ordered in plenty of time before the promotion takes place. Try and ensure you order sufficient stock of resources for the duration of the campaign. It is advisable that the resources are ordered from credible sources e.g. British Heart Foundation.
You could order a range of resources to fit the campaign, subject to availability. Some charity organisations may send out packs which include leaflets, posters, z cards, bunting, balloons and other eye catching and interesting things. However, there may be a fundraising concept behind the campaign. Should you wish to participate and raise funds, you could look to hold a day of fundraising within the pharmacy (or externally) such as having a bake sale.
