If your pharmacy doesn't already have a diabetes screening service in place, we have a service toolkit available on NumarkNet which will give you all the tools and information required to set up the service.
The toolkit includes an SOP for the service, staff workbooks, competency checklists, patient record forms, consent forms and referral letters.
