As a delivery driver you will need to keep accurate records for various tasks you complete.

• Drop Sheets - these will need to be kept in the pharmacy for 2 years
• CD records - Any records you use to record delivery of CD items should be kept for a minimum of 2 years
• Temperature logs - If your van is temperature controlled or you have fridge storage on the van, you will need to keep a record of the daily temperatures for 2 years
• Van checks - You will need to complete regular checks of the vehicle, which should also be kept for 2 years

Ask your pharmacist to show you where all records should be kept and if you need to keep any other records.
