- You may already sell weight loss products, which you can signpost to; most products are designed to limit the number of calories consumed so ensure you are aware of the features and benefits of different brands.
- Customers may prefer to access the weight management service so it's important to promote the benefits of the service if it is available in your pharmacy.
- If you do not offer a weight management services in your pharmacy, ensure you have the details available to signpost to other providers nearby.

3. Alcohol Reduction
- For those customers looking to cut down their alcohol intake, making small and simple changes is likely to help them realise the benefits.
- For example, if a person was to replace any alcoholic drink they normally have later in the evening, with a hot milky one, it may help them get to sleep easier and the absence of alcohol will improve the quality of sleep.
