Members of the public often carry very little knowledge on first aid; therefore pharmacy is usually the first port of call to fix a minor injury.  Although you may not be a qualified first aider in your pharmacy, many of your customers will not need emergency treatment but simply looking for advice to treat themselves or somebody else.

First aid is an essential life skill so this module will support you to provide advice as well as helping you to identify when an injury may need to be referred to a pharmacist or other healthcare professional.
