You may already be offering a private Patient Group Direction (PGD) service, which will allow your pharmacist to supply and/or administer prescription only medicines (where appropriate). It effectively produces a private prescription which is paid for by the customer.
You can support your pharmacist by identifying potential customers for the service. One suggestion of starting the conversation would be “We provide a confidential service that may be of benefit, would you like to have a chat with the pharmacist in the consultation room?”
