What are the punishments?
For selling products to customer who are underage there can be some hefty fines and even custodial sentences. These can be applied to both the seller of the product and the business owner.
Although the age restriction for selling psychoactive substance is only recommended, you can still receive punishment for selling this products to someone underage if you know they are going to be abused.
