Conjunctivitis is a common problem that many people will suffer from at some point in their lives and as a result, the pharmacy is well positioned to help people manage their condition.

Being able to provide the correct advice to customers to enable them to determine the cause of their conjunctivitis will be highly beneficial to them. Identification of the cause will ensure a customer does not receive unnecessary antibiotic treatment and they will have the best advice or treatment to help them manage their symptoms and prevent reoccurrence.
