Welcome to the eighth and final module in our series looking at patient safety. It is based on the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE) Patient Safety Toolkit e-learning programme, and is designed to give pharmacy technicians an overview and better understanding of this area of practice.
