Concession prices agreed for sertraline

The antidepressant sertraline, widely reported to be affected by significant price rises since the Covid-19 pandemic began, has been added to the list of price concessions for April in PSNC’s fourth update for the month.
A 28-pack of sertraline 100mg tablets now has a concessionary price of £14.07, while the same pack size of 50mg tablets has a concessionary price of £8.95.
These products are priced at £1.55 and £1.27 respectively in the April 2020 Drug Tariff.
