Times are getting tough, things are getting tighter but one thing we mustn’t forget is to invest in some of our marketing that brings the business in, says Mukesh.
 “What do I mean by investing in marketing?
 “Well, it’s not posters and leaflets and things that we’ve historically done. We know what happens to posters and leaflets – they don’t always necessarily work. We’ve got to embrace technology and we’ve got to embrace multimedia.â€
