A pharmacist has bought his first pharmacy after securing funding through Christie and Co.
Ash Ghadimi acquired Chobham Pharmacy in the Surrey village of Chobham which, according to Christie & Co who brokered the deal, dispenses an average of 4,729 items a month.
The pharmacy was owned by Yassir Sharief of Roshban Limited. Christie & Co. said it was unable to disclose who provided the funding but insisted Ghadimi “wants to increase the pharmacy’s additional services so it can become a key focus for health-related issues in the community.”
Mark Page, director-pharmacy at Christie & Co, said: “I was pleased to act for Yassir on the sale of his pharmacy in Chobham. The market for profitable independent pharmacies remains strong and this business attracted multiple offers.”
